Situated in the heart of Sitio de Calahonda, Mijas. Walking distance to everything. Beach is just 5 minutes walking, supermarkets (Mercadona, Carrefour and El Jamon) and shops even less, restaurants and bars you will find on your doorstep. No need for a car, just jump on the bus towards Marbella or Fuengirola. Should you have a car, there is a communal parking area within the gated complex.

It is a corner apartment located on the 3rd floor with beautiful views of the sea and mountains from every window. It has the best orientation of the whole complex.
